Located on the ground floor, this 44 m² apartment is thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The layout spans two levels, offering both comfort and a sense of space. The cozy bedroom provides sleeping arrangements for four guests—two on the lower level (180 × 200 cm bed) and two on the upper level (160 × 200 cm bed). An additional two guests can sleep in the charming upper-floor area of the living room (160 × 200 cm bed). This flexible setup makes the apartment ideal for families, friends, or small groups traveling together. The living room seamlessly connects with a fully equipped kitchen, creating a warm and welcoming space to relax, cook, and spend time together. The kitchen includes everything you might need during your stay, such as a stove, oven, kettle, fridge, freezer, and all essential cookware—perfect whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, offering added convenience for both short and longer stays. Fresh towels and essential amenities are provided to ensure your comfort.
