Newly built in 2026, the Beach House is situated on Sunset Lake, one of the area’s premier non-motorized man-made lakes. This home is perfect for families, golfers, and bachelor/bachelorette parties. Our guests enjoy the private hot tub, video games, multiple family rooms, deck, patio, grill, and plenty of water toys such as stand-up paddle boards and kayaks. There is plenty of space at the Beach House for your entire group so book your stay today!
Backyard:
Our backyard has a hot tub and a private sandy beach with shallow access to Sunset Lake. You’ll enjoy the clear spring water and sandy bottom of the lake. The lake is stocked with fish for catch and release only. We have cornhole boards & bags, a firepit, standup paddle boards, kayaks., a hot tub, and more! Ice skating in the winter is permitted.
Main Floor:
The main floor has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living area, dining area and kitchen. Our guests will enjoy the electric fireplace and Roku TVs on chilly or rainy days. The open concept main area opens to a large deck with great views of Sunset Lake and a clear view of the kiddos playing in the sand on your private beach.

Lower Level:
