It also has excellent public transport connections, with several nearby metro and bus lines, which guarantees excellent mobility. The apartment: The apartment is located on the seventh floor of a building with a lift. The lounge is spacious and welcoming, perfect for relaxation or meetings, with good natural light entry that brings warmth to the entire room. The kitchen is American-style, integrated into the main space, modern and fully equipped with appliances, which promotes a practical and functional environment in everyday life. It has three spacious bedrooms with double beds, and three bathrooms with shower trays. To bear in mind: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival. Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest’s identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR that must be paid in cash.
