Located on Alcalá Street, next to the emblematic Ventas area, this apartment is in one of Madrid’s most dynamic and well-connected areas. The area boasts an excellent range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, as well as wide avenues and nearby green spaces such as the Parque de la Quinta de la Fuente del Berro.
Furthermore, the property is located next to the M-30, one of Madrid’s main ring roads, which facilitates quick access to both the city centre and other areas as well as the airport. It also has excellent public transport connections, with several nearby metro and bus lines, which guarantees excellent mobility.
The apartment:
The apartment is located on the seventh floor of a building with a lift.
The lounge is spacious and welcoming, perfect for relaxation or meetings, with good natural light entry that brings warmth to the entire room.
The kitchen is American-style, integrated into the main space, modern and fully equipped with appliances, which promotes a practical and functional environment in everyday life.
It has three spacious bedrooms with double beds, and three bathrooms with shower trays.
Another great attraction of this flat is its private terrace, from which you can enjoy pleasant views of the city, making it a perfect space to relax, have a drink outdoors or simply disconnect.
To bear in mind:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest’s identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
