White cabinets and stone counters bring an airy lightness to this amazing space. Next is a large dining table seating ten so the entire group can gather together for a meal. Moving to the living room, guests will find comfort and peace in this space with plush couches and chairs seating eight and a view out to the balcony. Out on the balcony is an ideal place to soak in the sun and relax with a view, cook out on the grill, or enjoy a meal al fresco! The first floor offers two bedrooms, a convenient laundry area, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand before entering the house. The first bedroom includes two sets of full/full bunks with its own private bathroom with a large shower and a TV. The next is a king bedroom that also has a private bathroom with shower/tub combo and TV. Up on the third floor the final sleeping arrangements are found. Two queen bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, a bunk room with a twin/twin bunk and the king primary bedroom.
