One of its great attractions is its excellent communication. The property is very close to the M-30, one of Madrid’s main ring roads, which allows quick and comfortable connection to different parts of the city and access to other major roads. Furthermore, its proximity to Atocha station facilitates access to trains, as well as multiple metro lines and buses, making it a strategic location for both urban travel and trips outside the city.
Likewise, the proximity to green areas and open spaces adds additional value, offering ideal places to walk, practise sport or enjoy leisure time in the open air.
The apartment
The dwelling features a spacious and bright living room, a space that stands out for its contemporary design, generous dimensions and its ability to differentiate different zones, such as a rest area and dining area, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.

Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest’s identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
