Villa Elena, designed and built by an architect, is located on a side street between Montignoso and Strettoia (Querceta and Forte dei Marmi). The beach can be reached via Ronchi, Cinquale, or Forte, approximately 2.5km away.
The house is built and maintained in minimalist luxury across 3 floors, totaling 500m² on a 1500m² property, designed with ecological principles.
In the driveway and garden, 2 cars can be parked.
An open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, with a fully glazed dining area in front offering views into the garden, and an equally spacious open-plan living area with sofas and fireplace. In summer, there are loungers and a table outside. At the front, a study, next to it another room. 1 shower bathroom.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 beds. Shower bathroom. 1 master bedroom with its own bathroom and another bedroom. On the gallery, an office space where you can retreat and work in between – printer, etc. available.

Downstairs in the house, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, toilet, and a living room with table tennis.
