One beautifully appointed double bedroom is also located on this level, providing convenient access and tranquil surroundings. A softly lit internal staircase leads to the lower level, where additional double bedrooms are positioned, including one with its own en-suite bathroom, alongside further bathroom facilities and a dedicated laundry area, ensuring practicality for longer stays. Each bedroom is furnished with extra-large double beds, while the living area includes a sofa bed, allowing the villa to comfortably accommodate larger groups. Expansive terraces and outdoor seating areas invite guests to relax, dine al fresco, or simply take in the surrounding views of the sea, gardens, mountains, and distant townscape. The interiors are complemented by modern amenities including air conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, streaming services, and refined finishes that enhance both comfort and style. Advance payment via bank transfer is required prior to arrival, with full instructions provided following booking confirmation.
