Under new management, Jay’s Nest has recently undergone a ton of updates, added new furniture and is ready to host you and your family for your next beach getaway! This freshly renovated Ocean Front home sleeps 12 and with all the many windows, offers stunning ocean views and an abundance of natural light.
Enter Jay’s Nest on the ground floor where the laundry room is located under the stairs with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Climb the stairs to the first floor to find a large open floorplan where the kitchen, dining and living room all come together. The whole home is freshly painted including the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen, with stainless steel appliances comes fully stocked with a microwave, oven and stove-top, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, mixer, blender, toaster, plenty of plates, cookware, utensils and glassware. The new dining room table offers seating for eight, as well as seating for 4 around the kitchen island. The living room, which is newly and tastefully furnished has a leather couch and love seat which centers around a large flat-screen TV equipped with a DVD player and comes with TONS of DVD’s to choose from. The great thing about this home’s layout is that no matter if you’re relaxing in the living room, eating in the dining room or cooking in the kitchen, you and your family will all be together!
There are two bedrooms located on the first floor, one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom with a stand-alone shower located in between these two bedrooms, only accessible from the hallway. Climb the stairs to the second floor, where you will find two additional bedrooms, both containing two Double beds. The second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located between these two bedrooms, also only accessible from the hallway. All four bedrooms have small flat-screen TV’s, closets with plenty of hangers, and stand-up fans.
If you want to walk outside and be right on the beach, Jay’s Nest is the home you’re looking for! Walk out the back door and into the salty air where you can relax on one of two spacious decks equipped with chairs, loungers, a bench and a table, in case you want to eat beachside. Also at this home you will find corn hole, boogie boards, an outdoor shower and a hammock - Everything you would ever need for the ultimate beach vacation!

Bicycles and Golf Carts are easy to rent from local businesses and are a fun way to get around the island during your stay.
PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:
Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).
We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.
Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking.
While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.
Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.
You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.
Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind.
NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).
NO charcoal grills, fire pits, or deep fryers are permitted on premise.
Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.
Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used.
We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
