Each of our properties have a snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 4 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 1.5x the monthly rate is required and will be applied at the time of booking. High chair available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. Because this reservation requires a 30-day minimum stay, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every 14 days. Additional cleanings are also available upon request. All cleaning fees will be added at the time of booking.
