Sleeping arrangements
Each of the two bedrooms features a king-size bed, blackout curtains, and ample storage for your stay. Both rooms have private bathrooms for added privacy and comfort. In the living area, a sofa folds out into a double sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space for guests (additional charges may apply).

Bathrooms
Two modern bathrooms provide what you need for a relaxed routine. One features a rainfall shower, the other a bathtub for longer soaks. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided, along with other bathroom essentials.
Kitchen & dining
Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The open layout connects to a six-seater dining table, making it easy to share a meal or use the space as a comfortable workspace. Cooking basics are included, and there’s a washing machine for added convenience.
Living area
A bright, spacious living area offers a welcoming spot to unwind after a day in the city. Watch a film on the 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, or simply relax on the sofa with a cup of coffee. The large windows bring in plenty of daylight, creating an inviting space throughout the day.

The apartment includes heating and portable fans to keep you comfortable, high-speed WiFi for streaming or work, and a smart lock for self check-in. Essentials such as bed linens, hangers, an iron, and clothing storage are provided. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras at the entrance. A Minut decibel sensor is installed in the communal living space to monitor sound levels only, ensuring a peaceful environment.

Located in a single-level home accessible by elevator, the apartment is easy to navigate for all guests. Paid parking is available off premises.

Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 7th floor to access the apartment.
