Sea You Soon

You Must be 25 Years of Age or Older to Rent. Sea You Soon, a newly built home in The Villas at Bolivar, is pet-friendly. You will need to pay a $200 Non-Refundable pet fee. The open kitchen/living room concept makes for easy entertaining and visiting with your guests. The kitchen has the necessities equipment needed to make meal prepping easy. This home comes with internet to keep you connected to stream your favorite TV shows and movies on the Smart TVs located in the living room and all bedrooms. You will enter the Password and Username provided in a frame near the TV. The children (and Adults) will enjoy playing games on the Nintendo gaming system as well as other games for family indoor fun! You will also find Pickle Ball Equipment to play on the new court in the Community. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedroom two has a full/full bunk bed with a single trundle underneath. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate 2 guests. Outside, you will be enchanted by the glorious sunrise and sunset views while sitting on the deck. Downstairs, there is a charcoal pit that will make the "Grill Master" in the family happy to grill something tasty for the family. The Villas at Bolivar are located directly across the road from the Crystal Beach 9-hole Golf Course and Margaritaville Resort. When the sand and waves call your name, you can only access the beach by driving to Alma Road to the East of the Villas or on Honeysuckle to the West of the Villas down Hwy. 87. Sea You Soon will be a perfect getaway for you and your family year-round. Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will work during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter’s use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included. There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need: 1 roll of paper towels 3 white kitchen trash bags 2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable) 2 laundry tabs (if applicable) 1 small bottle of dish soap 1 dish sponge 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom Small bar of hand soap per bathroom 1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath 1 beauty bar per bath Small salt and pepper Small cooking oil There will also be a bath towel set for each guest Don’t forget the beach towels, bug spray, and sunscreen!
