The interior unfolds beneath a gently sloping roof, where a spacious living area creates a warm and sociable setting, complete with comfortable sofas, including a sofa bed, and a smart flat-screen TV for relaxed evenings. This open-plan space flows into a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining area, comfortably seating up to eight guests, ideal for shared meals and gatherings.
The villa accommodates guests across three well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) and a private en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed of the same dimensions, while the third bedroom is furnished with a semi-double twin-size bed (1.00 x 2.00). An additional bathroom with a spacious shower is conveniently located between the bedrooms. All bedrooms include desks with chairs, making them suitable for both relaxation and remote working, supported by high-speed Wi-Fi of up to 100 Mbps.
Comfort is ensured throughout the year with an advanced central heating and cooling system powered by heat pumps and fan coils, maintaining a consistent indoor temperature of approximately 22°C in winter and 26°C in summer. The property is environmentally conscious, with heating, cooling and hot water entirely supplied by renewable energy sources. High-quality Simmons and Sealy mattresses enhance the overall sleeping experience.
