Located in the sought-after Cabana section of Myrtle Beach (just at the end of the Golden Mile), this exclusive unit offers the perfect blend of peaceful seclusion and easy access to the action. You will enjoy the resort amenities, areas nearby, and the condo itself. It is truly a peaceful paradise!
As the ONLY 3-bedroom, 3 bath unit in Ocean Forest Plaza, this unit is truly unique. The building is sought after for its clean, welcoming feel, and this unit provides the space to relax, unwind, and enjoy all that Myrtle Beach has to offer.
The multi-level unit occupies the top two floors of the Ocean Forest Plaza building, and has been fully re-modeled for this season. You’ll wake up to panoramic ocean views, with the Atlantic stretching endlessly before you. Step out onto your private balcony and unwind to the sound of the waves while enjoying sweeping ocean views from above it all. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee at sunrise or relaxing after a day of exploring, the peaceful balcony setting delivers true beachfront serenity.
The beach here is wide, clean, and less crowded than the central strip; ideal for morning walks, shell hunting, or simply soaking up the sun in a more tranquil setting. Yet you’re only minutes from the energy of Myrtle Beach’s best restaurants, golf courses, and entertainment.
This stretch of oceanfront, tucked just north of the hustle of downtown, has a reputation for being one of the Grand Strand’s most upscale, relaxing, and scenic areas. The Cabana district is lined with quiet neighborhoods and oceanfront paths perfect for jogging or biking. It’s close enough to everything you may want, but just far enough to feel like your own private escape!
Our condo is comfortably and newly furnished with many of the luxuries of home. Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner. (However, we do encourage guests to bring additional supplies). With three bedrooms, three baths, and space to spread out across two floors, the unit is perfect for a family beach retreat.
Parking: Private parking garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats at the resort. **Important: The parking garage is compact, and has a 6’11” height clearance with tight ramps. Please keep this in mind when planning your trip. The garage will not fit any large or oversize vehicles. There is a back parking lot for over-sized vehicles longer than 16 Feet (192 inches), but please note that space is limited and is first come first serve. A spot cannot be guaranteed in this lot. The onsite building management will ticket and tow vehicles that are under the noted dimensions if they are parked in the oversize lot.**

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.
Laundry: On-site complex - pay to use - machines available.
Guests will have the condo to themselves (aside from locked owners closets) along with resort amenities (subject to HOA schedule).
2 parking pass is provided for your stay. **Important parking garage clearances: 6’11" height and 11" wide. There is a side parking area for Suvs/Trucks that are over 16"** Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.
Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

* Routine pest control happens on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at this condo via the HOA. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 8.
