This airy indoor–outdoor layout makes it easy to flow between swimming, relaxing, and dining throughout the day. Saltwater Heaven offers 4 bedrooms thoughtfully arranged across the property to give everyone their own sense of space and comfort: Bedroom 1: At the front of the house, you’ll find a cozy queen bedroom complete with its own private half bath - perfect for early risers and night owls. Bedroom 2: Just across the small hallway, the twin bedroom offers two separate beds and sits directly beside a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, ideal for kids. Bedroom 3: Off the living room at the back of the home, the spacious king master suite serves as a peaceful retreat with a generous ensuite bathroom featuring a newly tiled walk-in shower. It’s conveniently located near the main gathering areas while still feeling tucked away. Bedroom 4: At the very back of the home, the second king ensuite bedroom enjoys an ultra-private location, with an updated bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and laundry. If you need even more room, the 5th bedroom with two queen beds is available by booking the full-home configuration called Saltwater Bliss. The poolside tiki bar is perfect for afternoon drinks, snacks, or gathering while the kids swim. We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you! Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay. Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels. Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.
