Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this charming semi-detached house offering breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and Béniguet Island. Almost every window offers a breathtaking panorama of the Atlantic – a place conducive to contemplation and daydreaming. The nearest sandy beach is just 350 meters away and easily accessible in a few minutes. The house is located on the Route Touristique, which connects Le Conquet to Pointe Saint-Mathieu, one of the westernmost points of Finistère. The surrounding area boasts a wild and unspoiled coastal landscape. Numerous hiking trails, including the famous GR34, run along spectacular cliffs and offer stunning sea views. The modern and superbly equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and will quickly become the heart of your convivial evenings. It includes four induction hobs, an electric oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. A separate toilet is also located on the ground floor.
The spacious ground-floor living room, with its sea view and direct access to the terrace, offers a welcoming atmosphere. Bright and welcoming. Whether it’s for breakfast overlooking the ocean or a convivial evening barbecue, this is where unforgettable moments are created. The 1,000 m² garden is shared with the other half of the house; each unit has approximately 500 m² of private garden space. Ample parking is available directly on the property. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with sea views – one with two single beds and the other with a double bed – as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
