This architect-designed villa offers a generous living space and modern, elegant furnishings, with breathtaking partial sea views. The spacious layout, the living room with its sea view, and the adjoining terrace invite you to enjoy wonderful moments of conviviality, perhaps around a barbecue on the plancha grill.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing Breton specialties together. The wine cellar is a true highlight for wine lovers. The fireplace in the living room creates a particularly cozy atmosphere, especially during the off-season.
Upstairs, on the mezzanine, there is a second living area with a television, offering even more spectacular sea views.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the master suite with a 160 x 200 cm bed, large windows opening directly onto the garden, an adjoining dressing room, and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and separate toilet.
