Heads up! Our building is getting its final round of updates to make sure everything stays safe, attractive, and comfortable for the long haul. Most of what’s left involves painting the exterior and balconies, plus a few finishing touches in shared spaces like the stairwells. You might see workers around or hear some daytime noise, but it should be much quieter than before. Work will only happen Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekends are noise-free. There is a completely renovated oceanside swimming pool so you can get your sun there and on the beach.
