A chef-inspired kitchen with quartz countertops, a grand island, and a separate service kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room and elegant living area with an electric fireplace. Covered verandas and graceful interior details, including coffered ceilings, glass transoms, and custom trim, make this level as beautiful as it is functional. Two additional bedrooms and a first-floor ensuite round out this floor.
Head upstairs to find four more bedrooms, including two primary suites with spa-inspired ensuites and sweeping sound views. Expansive windows and multi-level deck access ensure the water is never far from sight.
Kill Devil Hills is one of the Outer Banks’ most beloved towns, and Saltaire puts you right in the middle of it all. History buffs will love being just minutes from the Wright Brothers National Memorial, where Orville and Wilbur made their first powered flights in 1903 and forever changed the world. Spend a morning exploring the monument grounds, then grab lunch at one of the area’s standout local spots. Outer Banks Brewing Station, the first wind-powered brewery in the country, is just down the road and a local favorite for craft beer and casual dining. Tortuga’s Lie has been a KDH staple for years, known for its relaxed atmosphere and fresh seafood. For a quick bite or a morning coffee, Sugar Creek Soundfront and Swells Coffee are both close by. Shoppers will enjoy browsing the mix of coastal boutiques, surf shops, and specialty stores along the Beach Road and Croatan Highway corridors. After dinner, the Bay Drive multi-use path along the sound is the perfect spot for a sunset walk or bike ride, and disc golf at the nearby course makes for a fun afternoon for all ages. Beach access is just minutes away, rounding out everything you need for a full Outer Banks experience.
Nestled within Water Oak, a 70-home community with a manicured entry, green spaces, a community pier, and a kayak launch, Saltaire delivers the rare combination of peaceful waterfront living with everything Kill Devil Hills has to offer just outside your door.
