The studio has its own private entrance, elegant bedroom, contemporary bathroom, light-filled living area and thoughtfully equipped kitchenette, looking out over the main residence’s striking rammed earth architecture. Expansive windows frame the gardens, while curated artwork, warm timber finishes and refined furnishings, chosen with the same care given to the main home, create an understated sense of luxury. Enjoy coffee overlooking the greenery, unwind with the Sonos sound system and a good book, or wander approximately 50 metres down to the creek.
The kitchenette is ideal for breakfasts, grazing platters and simple meals, with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee facilities. Outside, enjoy the shared landscaped grounds, seasonal produce from the vegetable patch, and evenings around the fire pit beneath the open sky. Firewood is available at an additional cost, and warm clothing is recommended during cooler hinterland nights.
The studio sits on a private 1.5 acre parcel within a peaceful, circa 100-acre Fowlers Lane community shared with nine other homes, with generous free community land giving guests the freedom to wander the rolling hills. Valley and dam views stretch across the grounds. Attached to the main residence but completely separate and self-contained, the studio is entirely private during your stay, with the host off-site for the full duration of your booking.
This is a natural semi-rural setting alive with birdsong, native wildlife and the sounds of the countryside. Wi-Fi is provided, though mobile reception is unreliable, and the property runs on triple-filtered, UV-treated tank water.
