Adorable, cozy and quaint are just a few words to describe this 2-bedroom villa in Sea Pines!
As you walk in, you enter the living room, with a 65" SMART TV, which also opens up to the kitchen and dining areas. Nice, open floor plan, conducive to family gatherings.
The living and dining areas both have sliding doors that go out to a relaxing balcony that overlooks a lagoon and beautiful oak trees draped with the Spanish Moss that is indigenous to the low country.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar complete with 3 comfortable stools for eating or watching TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need for cooking and entertaining.
Down the hall are the 2 bedrooms, the 1st one on the left has 2 twins (1 w/ trundle), 32" SMART TV and an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The master on the right has a king bed, 42" TV and an attached master bath with a brand new renovated walk-in shower.
Perfect location situated directly between Sea Pines Center and the world-famous Harbour Town. On-site pool and tennis are a very short walk from the villa. This complex has undergone a major exterior renovation and looks great. You are a nice stroll or bike ride to dining, shopping and the Harbour Town Lighthouse.
