This charming house for 6 people, located in the Urb. S’Estanyol (Colònia de Sant Pere), is perfect for a peaceful seaside holiday. The 6x2-metre chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.80 metres, is ideal for cooling off in complete peace of mind and also features a child safety system. The paved area is perfect for relaxing in the sun, unwinding, or preparing a delicious meal on the portable barbecue. The interior is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, the living-dining room with exposed beams, fireplace, Smart TV and air conditioning is ideal for relaxing and extending the evenings with your companions. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can cook and feel at home. On this same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms, all with air conditioning and wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. You can access the balcony from two of the bedrooms and, if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. In addition, there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board available. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. Going up the stairs, you can access another small open terrace with two chairs and a small table where you can enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful sea views. The location is perfect, as it has everything you need for a great holiday. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and the village with all its services is practically right outside the door. S’Estanyol is a lovely residential area next to Colònia de Sant Pere, known for being an old fishing village where this tradition is still preserved.
