This single-level home accommodates up to 11 guests across 4 bedrooms with 6 beds and 3 full baths. Each bedroom is designed for rest, with room-darkening shades, extra pillows, and ample clothing storage. Two of the bathrooms have bathtubs, two have bidets, and all three have bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Outdoor living
The fully fenced backyard is a private retreat framed by mountain views and desert gardens. Relax on sun loungers by the heated lap pool or enjoy a quiet soak in the private hot tub nestled in the gardens. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit or cook outdoors using the BBQ grill and dine under open skies or under a covered verandah.

Cook with ease in the full kitchen equipped with high-end appliances including an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster, refrigerator, and coffee maker. You’ll also find essentials like cooking basics, dishes, and wine glasses. The dining table welcomes group meals after a day exploring Sedona’s trails.

With a combination of central air conditioning and a split-type ductless system, ceiling fans, and heating, you’ll stay comfortable year-round. Two sets of washer and dryer are provided, along with fast Wi-Fi (159 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace. Entertainment options include TVs and Ethernet connection.

Traveling with little ones is simple thanks to a Pack ’n Play travel crib and high chair. The open layout and single-level design make moving around easy for all ages.

The property has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, two fire extinguishers, and first aid kits. A large and quiet one-acre property with beautifully manicured gardens surrounding the house with views all around. The pool and hot tub are nestled in the gardens and have beautiful red rock views.
If you would like exterior lights turned off for star-gazing, then please contact us and we will turn them off remotely.
Listing Notes
**Guests will be given access to the entire property (main house and the guest suite). There are no shared spaces.
** If you move any dishes to/from the main house and the guest suite, please return them before you check out.
**Do not set the AC to lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
Pool
**Please let us know at least 24 hours before your check-in if you would like the pool heated. It takes time to heat up and we want to ensure it is ready when you get there.
Pool Heating:
$100/day: Nov 1st - March 31st
$65/day: April 1st - Oct 31st
Pool Rules:
1. No running by pool.
2. No walking on the pool cover as it will rip. Guests will be liable for all damage done to the pool cover.
3. Swim at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, drownings, or death.
4. Please keep an eye on all children around the pool.
5. No diving.
6. No food in the pool and no breakable glasses/dishes in the pool area. Please only use dishes that have been provided for pool area use.
7. Children must wear swim diaper at all times if not potty trained
8. Quiet hours 9pm-9am (please be extra courteous when swimming at night and keep noise levels down). Sedona has a strict noise ordinance and any fines will be passed onto the guests responsible.
