Allegro Peak offers an enviable setting close to the resort’s base area, where expansive mountain views set the stage for both adventure-filled days and relaxed evenings at home. This newly constructed townhome blends clean, contemporary design with warm, inviting touches, comfortably hosting up to 11 guests in style.
The upper level serves as the heart of the home, where an airy, light-filled living space is framed by a wall of windows that look out straight to the ski slopes. A double-sided fireplace creates a natural divide between the living and dining areas while maintaining an open, connected feel. Whether it’s unwinding in front of the fire, gathering around the kitchen island for après-ski bites, or settling in for a shared meal at the dining table, this main living area is designed for entertaining. Just off the kitchen, an additional lounge with a large TV offers a separate space to relax.
In the kitchen, thoughtful design meets professional-grade performance. It’s sleek and spacious, and outfitted with high-end Thermador appliances, a wine refrigerator, warming oven, built-in Miele coffee maker, and water dispenser. Two generous islands, each with five counter stools, are ideal for prep and service, or encouraging guests to linger with a drink while dinner comes together.
Step outside to the private deck, where the mountain takes center stage. A hot tub, built-in grill, and outdoor dining table for eight create an ideal space for al fresco meals or simply lingering under the stars.
The home’s four bedrooms are beautifully appointed to provide restful retreats. The primary suite, located on the entry level, captures views of the ski slopes and features a fireplace, TV, and desk space. The ensuite bath offers a spa-like experience with a soaking tub with a view, separate shower, and double vanity.
Also on this entry level is a quiet sitting area, perfect for those who want some privacy away from the main living area.
On the lower level, three additional bedrooms enjoy equally impressive mountain views. The first room at the bottom of the stairs features three twin beds and a TV. The neighboring bedroom has two queen beds and also a TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo and double vanity. Offering more privacy is a king room at the end of the hall. This bedroom has a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo.
From the lower level, step outside to a staircase that leads down the hillside to walk over to Ski Time Square at the base of the Resort.
Additional amenities include a laundry room with two washer/dryer sets, air conditioning, and boot dryers.
There is parking for one vehicle only in the garage. Note: there is no driveway parking allowed.
This home is pet-friendly with an additional $950 cleaning fee and written approval. Please contact us for details.
