Situated in the desirable Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca, it provides a prime location within walking distance of the scenic seafront promenade, Playa Flamingo beach, and the popular Aqualava Waterpark. A large L-shaped sofa offers a comfortable place to relax while watching the SMART TV with a Mag box, providing a wide selection of entertainment including BBC, ITV, Sky channels, box sets, and movies. A dining table with seating for four is positioned conveniently within the space. Sliding doors near the sofa lead directly to a shaded outdoor chill-out area. The modern kitchen features a breakfast bar with seating for four, along with essential appliances including a hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A separate section of the kitchen, accessed through a doorway, includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. From here, there is access to an outdoor clothes drying area. The villa has two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps, and air conditioning. It has an en-suite bathroom with a WC, a large walk-in shower, a single hand wash basin, and a lighted vanity mirror. The second bedroom is a twin room with bedside tables, reading lamps, and wardrobes. Sliding patio doors provide direct access to the pool terrace, and the room is also air-conditioned. A separate family bathroom includes a WC, hand basin with a lighted vanity mirror, and a step-in shower with sliding screens. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The kidney-shaped pool, which measures 3.5m x 6.5m with a depth ranging from 1.65m to 1.8m, is electrically heated from November to April and has a stepped entry at one end. Villa Estrella is conveniently located, approximately a 10 to 15-minute walk from Playa Flamingo Beach and nearby amenities. From there, a scenic promenade leads to the Ferry Port and continues into the town center of Playa Blanca, where visitors can enjoy a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions. There is off-street parking for one car, with additional parking available nearby. The villa is designed for easy accessibility, as it is all on one level and includes two walk-in showers. The villa is fully prepared for arrival, with a departure clean included. For stays of 10 to 13 nights, a mid-stay change of linen and towels is provided.
