Perched on the third floor of Seascape Villas, this condo puts you steps from the beach and a world away from the everyday — with a private balcony that looks out over the pool and the Atlantic all at once.Inside, the layout is open and comfortable, designed for the kind of trip where you move at your own pace. The fully equipped kitchen means you can cook when you want to, and the living area flows naturally out to the balcony — an easy spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or just watching the tide come in. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and a shower/tub combo — the kind of setup that makes getting ready feel less like a bottleneck. The second bedroom has two twin beds and shares a full hallway bathroom, making it a solid fit for kids or a second pair of guests.As part of Wild Dunes Resort, you’ll enjoy access to the Seascape oceanfront complex pool and direct beach access, along with resort-wide amenities including on-site restaurants, a full-service spa and salon, and two championship golf courses—everything you need for a complete coastal experience without ever leaving the property.And when you’re ready to venture out, downtown Charleston is about 30 minutes away, with its renowned restaurants, historic architecture, and waterfront charm. Closer to home, the island itself delivers: bike rides along palm-lined paths, fresh seafood at local spots, and the kind of unhurried pace that reminds you why you came.Property Manager provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, beach gear, and more. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips!Just off the coast of Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms offers a stunning six-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches. Spend the day chartering a boat and paddle boarding in the Atlantic, or explore the extensive wildlife within the area’s marshes and creeks. Isle of Palms is also the perfect place to decompress, with renowned spas, charming restaurants, and sweeping golf courses. All this and more await you in the jewel of South Carolina’s Lowcountry.**Note:**Due to the ongoing beach renourishment, the Seascape beach access is currently closed for guest safety. There is an access path at Summer Dunes Lane—turn left from the Seascape entrance onto Palmetto Drive and Summer Dunes Lane is .1 miles down on the left. We are eagerly awaiting an update on when the beach access will reopen. Please give our local office a call if you have any questions!*Home Truths:*- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.- The Seascape pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated.- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Fireplaces are not for guest use.- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.- Guests have access to the Seascape pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.*Parking Details:*- There are two parking spots available.- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
