By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, acknowledge that a valid government-issued ID is required before check-in, understand that a background check may be required if mandated by the property manager or owner, and understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed. Verification information must be provided within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, it must be provided within 1 hour. DISCLOSURES Building Amenities All shared amenities—including gyms, elevators, rooftop spaces, and common areas—are operated and maintained by the building’s management and may be unavailable without prior notice. While we will gladly report any concerns on your behalf, we do not control maintenance schedules, closures, or operational decisions. Maintenance Access On rare occasions, essential maintenance may require entry into the unit during your stay. Scheduling is managed externally, and refusal of access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee. Unit Variations All properties are furnished to a uniform standard; however, individual units may vary slightly from listing photos in décor, layout, or size.
