The $45 Damage Protection Program covers accidental damage up to $450. This does not cover smoke remediation cleaning, lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers, which are $200 per lost item. ★ GUEST VERIFICATION PRIOR TO STAY IS REQUIRED To comply with legal and property security requirements, you may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification portal, and in some cases, pass a criminal background check.
