It is very important that you provide a valid email address, as we must send required forms and collect additional information needed for access into the development, community gates, clubs, and other amenities. Without this information, we may not be able to complete your pre-arrival arrangements. Limited pre-trip essential We offer a standard pre-arrival planning service to meet guests’ essential travel needs, ensuring a smooth transition from booking to arrival. Available up to 30 days before arrival, and up to 60 days for international destinations. Limited host service We offer a hosting service that provides on-site assistance, serving as local guides to ensure a comfortable stay. Hosts contact guests within 72 hours before arrival and remain the main point of contact throughout. Please note, that this service excludes travel planning but can be upgraded to access additional benefits. House Rules: -No food or drinks on our upholstered sofas & chairs -No sand or mud inside the villa (there are outside showers by the pool and hose by our garage to wash off sandy feet) -Please make sure to remove all sand before using our washer/dryer -Please park in the covered garage only -Do not run the AC with the folding doors open -Please turn OFF ALL the AC when leaving the unit -Recycling bin is separate from the trash -Please respect our neighbors -- No loud noise after 10:00PM -No Pets -No Smoking -No parties Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the property resulting from you or the guests in your party up to $10,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct. This plan is only available for stays less than 30 nights.
