The apartment, on the third floor with elevator, is ideal for families, groups of friends, or travelers who want comfort and space in a central location. The apartment has a double bedroom with open wardrobe, a single bedroom, and a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, table, and chairs, offering flexible and comfortable accommodation for multiple guests. The rooms are warm and elegant, enhanced by wooden floors that create a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, perfect for short or longer stays and for those who like to feel at home even when traveling. The modern bathroom with shower is functional and well-appointed. Thanks to the elevator and the clever layout, the apartment guarantees practicality and comfort for any type of stay. It is the ideal solution for experiencing Rome in total relaxation, with all the necessary amenities and the comfort of a real home. Our guests will have free access to all essential amenities, including air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, sheets and towels, hairdryer, iron, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine for a practical and carefree stay. The house can be easily reached from Fiumicino airport using the train to Trastevere station then 8 line tram for 3 stops (your stop is Trastevere/Ministero Pubblica Istruzione), then 2 minutes walk and you arrive to the house, or from both Fiumicino or Ciampino airport you can arrive to Termini train station and from there take the H line bus until Trastevere/Ministero Pubblica Istruzione stop. Tourist Tax 6€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in. For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability. On request we can provide a pick-up service with private driver (with car or van) who can wait guests inside the airport, at arrival gates, and bring them right in front of the apartment.
