Elegant and quiet apartment in the heart of Rome, 10 minutes\’ walk from St. Peter\’s Square and the Vatican, and 5 minutes\’ walk from Castel Sant\’Angelo. In a perfect location to reach all the most important Roman sites such as Piazza Navona and Campo de\’ Fiori (20 minutes\’ walk) or the Pantheon (25 minutes\’ walk) in just a few minutes.
The apartment is on the second floor with a lift (8 steps to reach the lift) and has a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, another bedroom with a French double bed (width 140 cm), a living room with a sofa, a table with chairs and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
The floors are parquet in all rooms.
Our guests can enjoy free air conditioning, wifi internet, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, iron.
The A-line metro stop (Ottaviano) is a 10-minute walk from the house. The metro will easily take you to Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Termini Station, Colosseum and Roman Forum.
The house is easily accessible from Fiumicino Airport using the train to Termini Station then Metro line A to the Ottaviano stop, then a 10-minute walk, or using the bus (SIT Shuttle Bus) which will stop just a few metres from the house.
From Ciampino Airport you can reach Termini Station then Metro line A to the Lepanto stop, then a 10-minute walk.
Tourist tax of €6.00 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable to children under 10) to be paid in cash on arrival.
For arrivals between 8pm and 11pm, there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash on arrival. After 11pm check-in is not possible without prior agreement and is subject to availability.
For stays over 20 nights, the cost of electricity will be paid according to consumption at a price of €0.50 per kWh and gas at a cost of €1.30 per cubic metre. For stays over 20 nights, a utility deposit of €200.00 is required, to be paid in cash on arrival.
On request, a private transfer service with a driver is available to take guests directly to/from the airport.
