Located between two high-rise condo towers - offering a group-friendly beachfront experience without shared walls, elevators, or stacked living. <b>Beach & Pool Access:</b> Private beach access and a shared outdoor pool reserved only for guests staying on the property. <b>Pool Care:</b> To help keep the pool clean and enjoyable for everyone, guests are asked to rinse off sand and sunscreen before entering the pool after time at the beach. <b>Low-Density Stay:</b> This is a boutique, low-rise beachfront home, not a hotel or condominium complex. <b>Ideal for Groups:</b> Well-suited for family reunions, corporate retreats, team-building trips, girlfriend getaways, guys’ trips, conventions, and multi-family vacations. <b>Laundry:</b> Complimentary shared on-site laundry available. <b>Pet Policy:</b> One dog per unit.
