This centrally located 1 bedroom apartment is in an enviable location just off the Fulham Road in Chelsea. The apartment has everything required for up to 2 guests to enjoy a comfortable and homely stay in a prestigious area of London. There’s a double bedroom with crisp linen and fresh towels, spacious living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
The Space:
This lovely top floor apartment is light and airy, and features comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The open plan living space has large original windows that bathe the space in light, also allowing access out to the full length balcony through the french doors, with views across the rooftops of Chelsea. There’s a sofa, Tv and dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to cook, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, pots & pans and utensils. The spacious double bedroom features a comfortable bed made up with crisp hotel linen, and also has access out on to another balcony, complete with table and chairs - the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee! There is also bathroom with a shower over bath, as well as fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for you to use.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Chelsea, an affluent area of London, there is an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars all on your doorstep. Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea Football club is just 10 minutes walk away. The river Thames is also close-by, where you can enjoy a walk along the Embankment towards the Tate Modern, Westminster and Central London. Battersea Park is just across the River - the perfect spot for a peaceful evening stroll. The Natural History Museum is just a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride away.
Getting Around:
There are a number of shops, supermarkets restaurants and amenities all within easy walking distance of the apartment. The nearest Underground Stations are South Kensington and West Brompton, both a 15 minute walk in either direction. Taxi’s can be hailed easily from the main road around the corner, as well as a number of bus routes for anyone looking to take in the city sights from the top deck!
Other Things to Note:
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
- If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.
