The living room boasts a vintage gas fireplace with modern gas inserts, as well as plenty of seating. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 10 - 6 adults plus children): - Bedroom 1: King bed + Twin-over-Twin bunk bed + Twin rollaway (sleeps 5) with cozy gas fireplace. - Bedroom 2: King bed + Twin rollaway (sleeps 3), gas fireplace, direct access to the front porch, and convenient hallway - bathroom with walk-in shower. - Bedroom 3 (Primary Suite): King bed (sleeps 2), private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and luxurious soaking tub. - An additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located off the kitchen, making it easy for larger groups to get ready. Outside, enjoy a fully fenced backyard that’s perfect for pets, along with a covered back porch featuring ample seating, a ceiling fan, and a fire pit for relaxing evenings after the game. Train Notice: A nearby rail line occasionally has passing trains, but they are infrequent and travel at a very slow speed in this area. The tracks are below grade, which helps reduce noise, and train horns are generally not heard from the property. Game Day Location: Enjoy an easy 7-minute drive to the University of Alabama on non-game days. On game days, when roads near campus are heavily congested or closed, simply take a quick Uber to the nearby Publix shopping center. From there, you’ll have convenient walking access to The Strip, Bryant-Denny Stadium, and the Quad—often avoiding the worst game day traffic and road closures. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking. *Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the following: a pet policy agreement (if pets allowed), a visitor form, a Bama Vacation Rentals Rules Form and submit photo ID with a live selfie for verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.
