Villa Medellin is newly built modern villa with heated pool, in which You can enjoy even during lower temperatures. The pool is on the hight of the first floor, which is why it has a magnificent sea view. On the terrace next to the pool You will find longue area and an outdoor fireplace for whole family to gather and enjoy sunny days or easy evenings. The villa consists of spacious living room, dining room with fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with king size bed, TV and air conditioning. With two king size beds, this villa can comfortably accommodate four persons.
