This beachfront villa is ultra-private with no neighbors within 5 miles / 8km, nestled in the Sian Ka’an Biosphere, just south of Tulum. The dirt road from Tulum to reach the villa passes through virgin mangroves and tropical terrain and is best suited to sturdy SUVs or 4x4 vehicles.
While it is possible to go back and forth to Tulum, the highlight of this villa is its totally secluded location surrounded by nature within the Sian Ka’an Biosphere, one of Mexico’s largest protected areas and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. Wake up to the sounds of nature for a sublime experience.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Don’t be put off by 30 minutes of dirt roads form Tulum’s hotel zone to get there. It is totally worth it when you arrive. Renting a sturdy SUV or 4x4 vehicle is recommended if you wish to go back and forth to Tulum; otherwise, it is best to stay put and enjoy the seclusion and privacy of the fully staffed, all-inclusive villa.A government entrance fee to the Sian Ka’an Natural Reserve applies per night, per accommodation for this rental and will be charged at check-in ($).You will be blown away by the setting.No cell phone coverage but Wi-Fi available throughout.AC in bedrooms. Each bedroom has a delightful boho-chic deck with a hammock while bathrooms offer a luxurious experience. Bedrooms 1 and 2 face the sea and feature remote control black out shades that allow you to watch the sun rise up from the sea without even getting out of bed.
