LIVING AREAS
A home away from home, the feeling that you immediately belong in this house is impressed upon you the moment you walk through the door. And the dining options do not stop here, the kitchen opens to the perfect patio for breakfast or lunch complete with views and an aromatic herb garden. Another, larger, patio for al fresco dining with more knockout views of the Douro River Valley is located off the cheery living room. This is a home whose antiques and traditional qualities will be appreciated and enjoyed, whose charming details like the perfectly-painted blue baseboards and cupboards will delight and amuse. With a multitude of lovely, comfy rooms all begging for use, it’s a tough choice to decide where to go next to enjoy a meal or wine tasting or just to hang out and take in the wonderful surroundings and relish this most Portuguese of experiences.
