Our home will be a tranquil retreat during your Lowcountry stay. Conveniently located to Beaufort’s historic downtown district, the house is situated on a corner lot sheltered by live oaks draped with Spanish moss, in a quiet neighborhood that is a 20 minute walk to Beaufort’s picturesque waterfront.
This comfortable 1-story home features newly refinished hardwood floors throughout, new furnishings in every room, freshly painted interior and exterior, new cooling/heating systems, and ceiling fans throughout.
After a day exploring local attractions, put your feet up and relax in a spacious living room outfitted with comfortable seating for 6, WiFi internet access, and a 50-inch TV equipped with cable TV, Blu-ray player, and Roku streaming device (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, etc.).
Each bedroom is appointed with a new mattress, closet with hangers, dresser/chest of drawers, ceiling fan, bedside lamps, and extra pillows and blankets. The king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The queen and twin bedrooms share a full bathroom with a large sink vanity and a combination tub/shower. All bedding and towels are provided. Hair dryers are located in each bathroom.
From coffee to a sit-down meal, you will find everything you need in this well equipped kitchen with plentiful countertop space and pantry storage. Kitchen amenities include: Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee machine, electric tea kettle, toaster oven, blender, slow cooker, and ice maker. A propane gas grill is available for use in the backyard. The dining room features a large dining table that comfortably seats 6 people.
