Skyfall is a beautiful and spacious home located a short walk from Main Street Breckenridge, making it easy to enjoy restaurants, shops, and trails without needing to drive. The home has an open layout with hardwood floors, good natural light, and two full kitchens, which works well for larger groups or families traveling together.
Outside, there is a large patio with a long dining table for outdoor meals, along with two decks for spreading out. The private hot tub looks toward Peak 8 and is a comfortable spot to unwind after hiking or time in town.

Skyfall offers a comfortable, well-located home base for enjoying Breckenridge in any season. With walkable access to town, multiple living spaces, and room to spread out, it works well for families or groups returning year after year.
Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
This home is not pet-friendly, and is not suitable for smoking, events, parties, etc. There is no A/C, like with most homes in Breck.
