This top floor 2 bedroom + loft, 3-bath condo is perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in the heart of the Rockies. Enjoy close proximity to the Quicksilver SuperChair, Main Street, and community amenities, including hot tubs, a heated pool, and an outdoor seating area along the Blue River.
Proximity: Located at 805 Columbine Road, this unit is just a 0.3-mile walk (8 minutes) to the Quicksilver Chairlift and only a 0.4-mile walk (9 minutes) to the heart of downtown Breckenridge.
Please note that this unit is located on the third floor of the building and there is no elevator access.
Sleeping Arrangements: 2 Bedroom + Loft, 3 Bath –
• Primary Bedroom: 2 Queen Beds, dresser, TV, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and tile walk-in shower.
• Second Bedroom: 2 Queen Beds, dresser, TV, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
• Upstairs Loft: Queen bed & nightstands. This room shares a bathroom in the hallway below the loft. Please note that the loft is accessed by a ladder.
*The loft is accessed by a ladder and has limited ceiling height due to the sloped roof, which reduces overall headroom in the space.*
Living Room: The living room is a warm and inviting space featuring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, ample natural light, and a stone fireplace mantel. Exposed timber beams, wildlife artwork, gas fireplace, and comfortable seating create an authentic Rocky Mountain feel, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring.
Kitchen: Full of Colorado cabin charm, the kitchen features natural wood cabinetry, tiled countertops, and ample prep space. Appliances include a full-size refrigerator and freezer, electric range with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and drip coffee maker. A breakfast bar with seating for 3 offers the perfect spot for casual meals or morning coffee.

Dining Room: The dining area features a log dining table with matching chairs, centered beneath an antler chandelier and positioned alongside floor-to-ceiling windows. With direct access to the kitchen and breakfast bar, the layout allows for easy serving and comfortable seating for group meals, board games, or remote work.
Outdoor Space: Access the deck from the sliding door in the main living room. Step out onto the small deck for a breath of fresh air and two chairs to enjoy your morning coffee.
Communal Amenities: The Tannenbaum Condos offer a communal BBQ area, pool, and hot tubs. The shared grill area overlooks the Blue River and includes two gas grills, two picnic tables, and additional bench seating. The communal pool & hot tubs are located across the street at the Columbine condos.
Parking: There are 2 parking spaces available at the condo in the parking lot in front of the building.
Laundry: This condo does not have an in unit washer and dryer. A communal laundry facility is available in the Tannenbaum 2 building next door, located downstairs in the garage. The washers and dryers are coin operated.
Property Manager provides essentials for a weekend stay, including paper towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, hotel-style toiletries, and extra rolls of toilet paper. Fresh pressed linens and towels are provided, including extra towels for the hot tub.
Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate.
