Proximity: Located on North High Street, the home is just one block from the nearest MyFreeRide shuttle stop, a 3-minute drive to the North and South Gondola parking lots, and only a 0.3-mile (~7 min) walk to the heart of downtown Breckenridge.

Fully stocked for home cooking, it offers everything needed to prepare meals with ease, along with seating for two at the breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen.
Raven’s Bungalow: The bungalow includes a full kitchen with updated finishes and new appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and a traditional drip coffee maker. This fully stocked kitchen provides all the essentials for everyday meals and offers direct access to the outdoor deck.
Living Room(s) –
Raven’s Call: The main home features a comfortable living area located adjacent to the dining room and kitchen. This space includes a leather sofa, two leather lounge chairs, a coffee table, and a flatscreen TV, with direct access to the deck and hot tub area.
Raven’s Bungalow: The bungalow’s main living area is also located next to the dining room and kitchen and offers two leather sofas, a lounge chair, a coffee table, and a flatscreen TV, along with outdoor access. Downstairs, near the bunk room, the lower-level family room provides an additional gathering space with a comfortable sofa, lounge chair, and TV.
Tiki Room (Game Room): Located downstairs in Raven’s Bungalow, the game room is ideal for evenings at home and group entertainment. It features a full-size billiards table, foosball table, and ping pong table, with additional seating for spectators.
Outdoor Living: From the living room in Raven’s Call, step out onto the expansive deck with outdoor seating and a full-size 7-person hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The bungalow offers a deck just off the living room with outdoor seating and a gas grill. A second full-size hot tub is conveniently located between the two homes.
Parking: The property offers parking for up to six vehicles, including two spaces in the private garage accessed from North High Street, two spaces in front of the garage, and two additional garage spaces accessed from Lincoln Avenue.
Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
If you’re bringing a vehicle, 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
This home is not pet-friendly, and is not suitable for smoking, events, parties, etc. There is no A/C, like with most homes in Breck.
