Welcome to Le Petit Chateau du Jardin by Property Manager—a storybook retreat tucked into the lush hills of Malibu, where old-world charm meets California’s coastal magic. From the moment you arrive, the home feels transportive—like stepping into your own private castle, surrounded by greenery, sunlight, and the quiet serenity of the mountains just moments from the ocean.
Winding paths, ivy-lined terraces, and hidden nooks create a sense of discovery at every turn. The grounds feel like a secret garden suspended above the coastline, where you can spend your days lounging beside the infinity pool, drifting down the waterslide, or soaking in the hot tub as the sun dips behind the hills. Multiple patios and balconies offer places to gather or slip away, whether you’re enjoying morning coffee, curling up with a book, or sharing an al fresco dinner under the glow of string lights.
Inside, the home is just as enchanting. The kitchen feels pulled from a European countryside dream, complete with a statement gas range, copper accents, and artisanal details that make cooking feel like an experience in itself. Nearby, the living room centers around a striking stone fireplace—perfect for cozy evenings—while curated décor, a piano, and layered textures give the space warmth and character you won’t find anywhere else.
Every corner of the home has been thoughtfully designed, from the dedicated office space for quiet productivity to whimsical touches like a children’s play area and indoor playhouse that make it just as magical for younger guests. The bathrooms are equally memorable, featuring sculptural vessel sinks, intricate stonework, and a circular soaking tub that invites long, spa-like moments of relaxation.
Despite its secluded, fairytale-like setting, you’re just a short drive from some of Malibu’s most iconic experiences. Spend your days exploring nearby beaches like Zuma and El Matador, hiking scenic trails through the Santa Monica Mountains, or dining at renowned oceanfront restaurants along the Pacific Coast Highway. Whether you’re chasing sunsets, surf, or a peaceful escape, everything you love about Malibu is within easy reach.
Le Petit Chateau du Jardin isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to wander, to unwind, and to experience something truly unforgettable.

The city's 21 miles of scenic coastline are a major draw, with famous beaches like Zuma Beach, known for its excellent surf and wide sands, and the more secluded El Matador Beach, with its dramatic rock formations and caves. Meanwhile, the Malibu Lagoon Museum and the Adamson House provide a glimpse into the area's history, from its Native American roots to its development as a beachfront community.
Wine enthusiasts will be delighted to know that Malibu is also home to boutique vineyards and tasting rooms. The Malibu Wine Trail offers a chance to sample local wines while enjoying the picturesque countryside that many don't associate with the Los Angeles area.
For a taste of luxury, visitors can explore the Malibu Country Mart and Malibu Lumber Yard, upscale retail and dining complexes that offer a range of high-end boutiques, art galleries, and eateries. Here, one might even spot a celebrity while sipping on a gourmet coffee or browsing through designer shops.
Malibu's dining scene is as diverse as its landscape, with options ranging from beachfront seafood shacks to elegant restaurants serving farm-to-table fare. Many establishments boast ocean views, allowing diners to enjoy their meal with a side of Pacific panoramas.
