Lakeland 323 is a two-story, family-friendly condo located on the third-floor floor of the Lakeland Village complex and comes equipped with everything your family could ever need to spend a care-free escapade to the lake. Inside, an inviting open floor plan effortlessly combines the kitchenette/dining area with the living room, offering guests that much-needed togetherness feeling during their stay. The kitchenette is well-equipped with two minifridges, a stove, an oven, and a dishwasher, plus all the essentials to treat your friends to terrific meals and snacks. The private balcony equipped with a couple of chairs is a great place to take in Lake Tahoe views and enjoy the refreshing mountain air. The living room features a gas fireplace for those chilly nights and a large flatscreen TV with streaming capability (please use your own Netflix account) and cable. Shared amenities include a coin-operated laundry room, a poolside and lakeside picnic table (first come, first serve), hot tub, heated outdoor pool, sauna, and a fitness center.
The Lakeland Village property is located on Lake Tahoe with a private beach for guests, so don’t hesitate to pack your best swimming suit and flip flops! Also, you’ll be sitting right on Lake Tahoe Blvd, therefore, you won’t find a better location than this when experiencing the local shops, restaurants, and boutiques in town. Indulge in a day on the lake by simply walking to the sandy shore or renting a kayak, paddleboard, or boat to get out on the water. Come winter, and the fresh powder will be calling your name, so make your way over to Heavenly Mountain Resort (two miles) and show off your skills on a plethora of runs. Traveling during summer and in need of entertaining outdoor activities? Then put on your best hiking shoes and hike the many nearby trails such as Tahoe Rim Trail Association: Van Sickle State Park Trailhead, Van Sickle Bi-State Park, and Lam Watah Nature Trail to Nevada Beach.

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
