Downstairs, the primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs in the open loft, you’ll find two double beds and a queen sleeper sofa, along with a second full bathroom. The only shared feature is the 9-hole mini golf course, which all guests are welcome to enjoy. *** Pool Heating Policy • Must give 48 hours notice to request heating. • Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not allow sufficient time for the pool to reach the desired temperature and will incur an additional $50 fee. • Heat setting is limited to a maximum of 80°F. Please note that the pool heater may struggle to maintain temperatures above 80°F during periods of extreme cold. • Cost is $95/day. • Heating must be scheduled for the entire duration of your stay. ***Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st. ***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the outside cans; if full, please place trash in the dumpster on the right side of the entrance drive.*** *** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required.
