-The bunk beds are intended for youth and have a 200-pound weight limit for safety.
-The wood burning fireplace in the living room is NOT available for use.
-There is no incidental camping permitted at the Short-term rental which means no overnight camping, sleeping in tents, travel trailers, or recreation vehicles parked on the short-term rental -property.
-Due to the hazard of wild animals, no trash or recycling can be left outdoors. Please place trash and recycling in the proper dumpsters as soon as possible. Please observe recycling protocols.
-The Home is located in a protected watershed supplying drinking water to The salt lakeValley. Dogs/pets & other animals are strictly prohibited, enforced by the law enforcement and Forest service officials. Service animals as defined by the ADA are the only exception.
