KNOW BEFORE YOU GO Maximum capacity for this villa is 22 guests sleeping in 11 bedrooms, 2 guests per room. Bedrooms 10 and 11 have more flexibility to accommodate up to 4 guests if occupied by children as long as the maximum capacity for the villa as a whole is not exceeded.  Lower rates available for fewer guests/bedrooms starting from 5 bedroom/10 guests, please inquire. Private in-villa dining experiences available upon request 6pm-9pm ($) All bedrooms have ceiling fans and AC except for the Principal Suite that has a vaulted ceiling and AC and Bedroom 8 that has AC only.  Bedrooms 10 and 11 have no windows and are in the basement along with the games room and home cinema, all accessed via a small door.  Guests accompanied by young children should note there is a hanging bridge that does not have railings by the terrace that connects part of the villa to the main palapa area and an infinity pool / terrace with no railings. There are public tennis courts nearby (will need to bring own rackets) Strict quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed). Penalties for noncompliance may apply.  As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected.
