Whether you’re a surfer, a whale-watcher, or attending Erik Sandgren’s annual Oregon Coast PaintOut, this is the perfect place to find rest, relaxation, and a bit of inspiration.
This single-story home sits less than three-quarters of a mile inland of Governor Patterson Memorial State Recreation Site, where you can access the beach for days spent boogie boarding and collecting seashells. Within a mile of your front door, you’ll find the Crestview Golf Club, a lovely network of woodland trails for morning walks, and shops and restaurants in downtown Waldport.
The home’s surroundings are woodsy and natural, offering a deck where you can sip your morning coffee, soak up the sunshine in the afternoons, and breathe in the cool coastal breezes. It’s a scene you can also enjoy in the glassed-in sunroom, a peaceful spot to read, play cards, or sit down to breakfast.
