You’ll be right in the middle of charming Old Town when you plan a stay at this two-bedroom Florence vacation condo! All on one level, this space is ideal for family getaways or couples traveling together to the river and seaside town of Florence. Plus, this rental is dog friendly, so you don’t have to leave anyone at home.
Classically decorated with a mountain cabin theme, this condo is filled with comfortable furniture and outdoorsy touches. In the living room, you’ll be greeted with plush sofas and an overstuffed chair - perfect for relaxing on a chilly coast night. The TV has both cable and a DVD player for watching movies and your favorite shows. WiFi is also provided for your convenience.
A private balcony has rustic-styled furniture and makes a great setting for enjoying a morning cup of tea or mug of freshly brewed coffee. When you’re out and about town, you may even want to pick up some seafood or steaks to prepare out on the balcony’s gas grill. And if it’s a little cold to share the meal outside, there’s a dining room table for six right inside.
In addition to the grill, you’ll have a full, well-stocked kitchen here! Keep your restaurant budget in check by preparing home-cooked meals and snacks for everyone. You’ll find all the necessary major appliances here for pastas, a taco night, and even a brunch or two. There’s a blender for fruit smoothies and lots of counter space for kitchen helpers to pitch in and lend a hand.
Both bedrooms have beautiful wood bed frames - one with a king sized bed and the other with a queen. Both have classic accessories and warm, snuggly bear and moose themed quilts. This condo will comfortably sleep up to four human guests and one dog (with a nightly pet fee).
An additional amenity that you won’t find in a hotel is the washer and dryer. Don’t worry about having to re-wear clothes or overpack, because you’ll be able to have clean clothes as needed here.
With a great location in Old Town, you’re just steps away from the bustling center of Florence. Spend your days exploring the town, browse galleries, plan a visit to the Siuslaw Pioneer Museum for a glimpse at the life of Florence’s early settlers, or just sit back with a cappuccino and freshly-made pastry while you people watch from the Siuslaw River Coffee Roaster’s patio. Plan a stop at the Old Town Park for a few quiet moments sitting the the Gazebo and watching the river flow by.
Just about five miles north of downtown, Florence has a long sandy shore at Heceta Beach. Take the dog on a beach run, pack a picnic lunch for a day on the sand, or just relax under a big beach umbrella. From here, join the locals in clamming, drive an additional six miles north for a visit to the Sea Lion Caves, or even do some whale watching from shore.
For a change of pace, Three Rivers Casino is just a couple of minutes northwest of the condo. Plan an evening out with dinner and a show. You can also stay right in the Old Town neighborhood and have numerous cafes and eateries to choose from - plus, a lot of options are even easily walkable from your condo.
