Welcome to Sunriver Retreat, your perfect Sunriver base camp! Located near the Sunriver Nature Center and Lake Aspen, this beautiful 3,827 sq. ft. home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and blends rustic charm with modern comfort to create the ultimate Central Oregon retreat.
Step inside to find lodge-style details like slate floors, wood paneling, and log accents throughout. The bright, open kitchen is a chef’s dream with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of prep space. Gather around the large dining table that seats eight, with room for four more at the kitchen island. The living room offers the perfect spot to relax after a day of adventure, with a cozy floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, plush seating, and a TV with Blu-Ray player. A den on the main level provides extra lounge space and opens directly onto the back deck.
Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious king suites with private bathrooms—two featuring luxurious soaking tubs. A fourth bedroom upstairs includes three bunk beds, a TV, sofa, and tables for games, with direct access to the hall bath. For added privacy, the fifth bedroom is located on the main level and features a queen bed with direct access to the hall bathroom.
Enjoy your mornings on the deck with a cup of coffee, fire up the gas grill for evening meals, or unwind in the private hot tub beneath the stars. The large backyard and grassy area are perfect for outdoor games or soaking in the beautiful Sunriver scenery. For indoor fun, there’s a ping pong table in the garage, along with a Tesla charger for your convenience.
Sunriver is flanked by the Deschutes River to the west. Throw a line in the river, ride the rapids, or take a leisurely kayak ride through the river’s meandering beauty. Cyclists, bring your bikes! There are 33 miles of paved bike path leading to both pastoral beauty and shopping and dining in the Village. Deschutes National Forest is just over 10 miles to the away. That, of course, means plenty of places to hike, rock climb, or just enjoy scenic vistas. Come winter, skiers will find world class skiing at Mt. Bachelor, about a half-hour to the north. There are also sleigh rides, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating, and bonfires in the snow!
