The living area is generously sized and designed for comfort, featuring a seating area for up to six guests, a Smart TV, and a relaxed lounge layout ideal for both family time and entertaining. Large windows bring in natural light, enhancing the open and airy atmosphere.

A modern fully equipped kitchen includes stove, oven, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, cookware, and dining essentials. Designed for both everyday cooking and extended stays.
Bedrooms
The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. Both rooms include king and queen-size beds (depending on setup), built-in wardrobes, and dedicated workspaces with desk and chair. Additionally, there is a separate maid/nanny room with a single bed and its own private bathroom, making the layout ideal for families or larger groups.
Bathrooms
There are multiple well-finished bathrooms throughout the apartment, including walk-in showers and a bathtub, all stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, and basic toiletries. An additional guest bathroom adds extra convenience for larger groups.
Additional features
The home includes air conditioning throughout, a washer-dryer, ultra-fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, and a private balcony with seating. Family-friendly amenities such as a crib (on request), kids’ pool, kids’ playground, and yoga room are also available within the unit/building setup.
A security deposit of 2000 AED will be required before your stay. We will send you a secure, separate link to make the payment directly to Property Manager. The deposit is fully refundable after checkout, provided no damages are reported during your stay. Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 days after checkout, and the time it takes for the amount to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check-in and meet our obligations with the Tourism Authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details in the check-in form (sent in confirmation email).
Your passport will only serve the following purposes:
1- notify the building security to allow apartment access
2- register your stay with tourism authorities
The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check-out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
Property Manager does not hold ownership interest in the property. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Property Manager acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Property Manager under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
