Nestled at the foot of Beech Mountain, this home is a dream for skiers, hikers, and nature lovers alike — offering quick access to the slopes in winter and endless outdoor adventures year-round. Whether you’re here for the cozy mountain ambiance or the vibrant small-town atmosphere, this brand new 5 bedroom retreat offers the best of both worlds.
Inside, you’ll find two spacious king suites on the main level (located on the opposite ends of the house for total privacy), each with its own private ensuite bathroom. Also on the main level, guests can work remote in the office which doubles as an additional sleeping space with a pull out queen bed. Downstairs are two additional king suites with ensuite baths, plus a fun bunk room featuring two sets of XL twin bunks and a full bathroom—perfect for kids or extra guests. Each king bedroom is furnished with a flat screen TV. Also downstairs is an additional living area complete with a beautiful wet bar and video game console for kids! Perfect place to cheer on your favorite team or enjoy a family game night.
The heart of the home is the bright, open-concept living area with a cozy fireplace and ample seating for the whole group. The adjoining chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need—high-end appliances, a large island for gathering, and all the cookware and essentials for home-cooked meals.
Step outside to enjoy the mountain air—relax in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or take in the long range mountain views from the expansive deck. Whether you’re here for ski season, a summer escape, or a cozy fall getaway, this Banner Elk retreat has it all.
Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- Guests can enjoy easy to access roads leading to and from the home however, AWD or 4WD vehicles may be required in the winter months or in times of inclement weather. Chains may also be necessary.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- Garage is available to park 1 vehicle in. The driveway can hold an additional 2-3 more small vehicles.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
